The app has no sign-up and no accounts, so we do not know your name or email address. We collect only de-identified usage statistics. They are not linked to your identity and are not used for advertising.
AppMetrica, an analytics service provided by YANDEX LLC, receives app usage events (for example, “practice started” or “subscription screen opened”) with their details, such as the program and its length. It also receives your device model, iOS version, an identifier for this installation of the app (IDFV), your approximate location (country and city, determined from your IP address) and crash reports. When you finish the onboarding quiz, AppMetrica also receives a summary of your answers: level, goal, preferred session length and the body areas you chose. None of this includes your name, contact details or other information about who you are. Starting with version 1.2, any health limitations you mark in the quiz (back, knees, neck, blood pressure) are not sent anywhere: they stay on your iPhone and are used only to choose suitable poses (earlier versions included them in this summary). Subscriptions are bought and paid for through the App Store. Your payment card details and Apple ID are seen only by Apple and are not shared with the developer. To turn on Premium on your device, Adapty Tech Inc. receives the purchase status from Apple (the transaction receipt) and an anonymous identifier for this installation; neither can be used to identify you. The instructor’s voice is pre-recorded and comes with the app (the voice pack is downloaded from the App Store after installation). The recordings were made in advance with the ElevenLabs speech service; ElevenLabs receives no data from the app or about you. During a practice, the app does not send any audio or text anywhere, and it does not use the microphone. If a phrase has no recording, the built-in iOS speech synthesizer reads it on your device.
Your practice history and statistics, streak, calendar, achievements, settings and onboarding answers are stored locally on your iPhone. They are not uploaded to the developer’s servers: the app has no accounts and no cloud sync. Reminders are local iPhone notifications; no server is involved.
No ads. No tracking across other companies’ apps and websites (the app does not ask for App Tracking Transparency permission because it does not track you). We do not sell your data or share it with third parties for advertising.
The app is for informational purposes only and is not a medical service or medical advice. If you have a health condition or contraindications, talk to your doctor before you practice.
The app is not directed specifically to children and does not collect personal information from anyone, including children.
When you delete the app, the data stored on your device is deleted with it. Analytics data is not linked to your identity, so we cannot tell which records are yours.
